Part-Time Financial Aid Call Center Assistant
Jacksonville State University is seeking a Part-Time Financial Aid Call Center Assistant. The role involves making outbound calls to students regarding their financial aid status, providing customer service, and assisting with the FAFSA process in the student computer lab.

Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to students and assisting in answering incoming calls directed to the Call Center
Assist students and parents with the financial aid process, including, but not limited to assisting with the application process, assisting students with acceptance of federal aid through the Banner software program including the E-Sign process of federal loan promissory notes and required online entrance counseling
Provide exceptional customer service to students and families via phone, email, or in person
Assists with resolving customer issues; responds to inquiries as appropriate
Performs other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Associate Director of Communications
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or equivalent required
One year of customer service experience
