Information Technology Executive 2
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated individual to act as an Information Technology Executive 2 in the Harrisburg Office. This role leads a team managing complex IT programs and ensures the delivery of business-critical solutions while overseeing project management and organizational change.

Responsibilities
Oversee portfolio management, project management policy and standards development, and resource capacity planning
Provide accurate and transparent project- and portfolio-level reporting to communicate overall health and identify opportunities for IT innovation
Direct the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closeout of high-priority and sensitive IT projects
Influence and lead organizational change that supports agile teams and advances strategic goals
Monitor the performance of all projects from inception through implementation to ensure adherence to CEDC and Commonwealth methodologies
Assess, update, and improve methodologies to enhance project performance and support organizational strategy
Qualification
Required
Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or
Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must have seven or more years of experience building and mentoring high-performing IT teams and leading and managing IT projects
You must have seven or more years of experience with IT portfolio management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
You must have seven or more years of experience managing budgets across an IT portfolio
You must be able to perform essential job functions
