They are seeking a Business Development Manager focused on new business development to build pipeline, win deals, and influence company growth.

Responsibilities
Own new business development end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, discovery, qualification, and closing
Build and manage a healthy pipeline (mid-market and enterprise)
Run strong discovery conversations focused on business outcomes (workforce planning, analytics, insights)
Partner with marketing and technical leads to sharpen messaging, campaigns, and sales assets
Support demos/workshops where needed to progress opportunities
Keep the sales engine moving with clear forecasting and pipeline hygiene
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in pure business development / new logo sales (SaaS ideal)
Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch
Strong commercial instincts and a structured sales approach
Curious, proactive, and energised by fast-paced growth environments
Preferred
Bonus points for exposure to HR Tech, analytics, SaaS, or Microsoft data tools (Power BI/Azure/Fabric)
