Responsibilities
Service all types of equipment but specializing in tractor or combine repairs
Repair the latest equipment from Massey Ferguson, Gleaner, Versatile and over 20 short line manufacturers
Diagnose and trouble shoot in order to do the needed repairs
Setup and predelivery of new equipment
Responsible for all phases of the repair
Talking to customers regarding the issue and report to them what the repair was
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in equipment repairs, technical training or in the service mechanic industry
Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
Attention to detail; completing reports, forms, and orders properly is critical in this position
Your own basic tools to complete repairs
Ability to build strong relationships with our customers
Desire to succeed and build a career
