Responsibilities

You will partner with Sales and Service leaders to identify, shape, and close Oracle CX opportunities, including field service and CPQ initiatives
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality implementations, integrations, and enhancements across the Oracle CX suite
You will develop thought leadership, sales collateral, and market-facing assets that differentiate Deloitte
You will advise client executives on field service operating models, process design, and platform roadmaps aligned to business outcomes
You will establish delivery standards, manage risk, and ensure engagement quality while identifying expansion opportunities at existing clients

Required

8 years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on customer, sales, service, or commercial transformations
6 years of experience in field service operations using Oracle Field Service and Oracle CPQ, including configuration and deployment on large-scale programs
6 years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously, including responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, quality, and stakeholder management
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

Prior experience at a Big Four or global consulting firm delivering Oracle CX programs
Hands-on experience with Oracle CX products beyond OFS and CPQ (e.g., Service, Sales, Commerce), including integrations with middleware and downstream systems
Demonstrated experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), including backlog management and release planning
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for executive-level deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio)
Oracle certifications in Field Service, CPQ, or CX (please specify)
