Responsibilities
Set up and run CNC turning and 3-/5-axis vertical and horizontal milling
Build/select tools, create fixtures, and machine to tight tolerances
Execute to drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and safety requirements
Follow QMS procedures; complete in-process inspections and record results
Perform daily preventive maintenance and maintain a clean workstation
Qualification
Required
Precision CNC machining experience: programming and/or execution
Fluency reading drawings, BOMs, and work aids
Math/technical skills: algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, metrology tools
Preferred
Milling background preferred: 3-axis, 3+2, 4-axis, Full 5-axis
Turning background preferred: Mill-turn, traditional lathe, swiss lathe
Apprenticeship or Associate's Degree preferred
