Responsibilities
Lead and optimize revenue cycle processes for population health initiatives, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals
Oversee financial tracking systems, conduct in-depth analyses, and produce actionable reports to guide strategic decision-making
Oversee and manage both capital and operating budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with long-term objectives for the department of population health
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards for population health and drive optimization in coding and billing practices to maximize reimbursement
Manage and oversight vendor contracts to ensure contract requirements are met for business needs
Collaborate with managed care team to track and analyze quality incentive gaps, identify areas of opportunity and solutions to maximize incentive payments
Track progress toward strategic and operational goals, proactively identifying areas for adjustment and improvement
Qualification
Required
3-5 Years of experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Leadership experience with managed care contracts and payer incentive programs
Experience with Healthcare Management or Finance Management
Master's Degree
