Resolve any customer service related issues
Process customer orders
Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills by email or phone
Be an effective communicator and customer service focused
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Dedicated and self-motivated with a passion to be successful
Possess a strong work ethic
Customer oriented to achieve long-term relationships
Proficient with computers specifically with Microsoft Office
Must be able to successfully complete a background and drug test
