New Grad, Entry LevelLimitless East Marketing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant to join their dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will support the dispatch team by coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities
Coordinate dispatch schedules and assignments for drivers
Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and logistics documentation
Assist in tracking deliveries and managing timelines to meet customer expectations
Monitor vehicle and driver performance and report any issues to the dispatch supervisor
Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Preferred
Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service roles
Additional education in logistics or a related field
