Advise on EU & UK e-commerce and digital regulations, including IP, sales compliance, contract review, negotiation, dispute resolution, and legislative updates
Provide legal guidance on EU & UK law issues impacting the global business operations
Collaborate with global legal teams to support and align international business strategies and operations
Qualification
Required
Law degree from a recognized European or UK university and qualified to practice law in at least one EU Member State or UK
8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in-house at an e-commerce, retail, or tech company, or providing legal services to such clients in a law firm
Expertise in EU & UK e-commerce law, dispute resolution, privacy protection, data security, consumer protection, and marketing compliance
Strong business insight, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, tech corporate environment
