Law Firm Administrative Assistant - Corporate & Real Estate
Katz Teller is a law firm specializing in corporate and real estate practices, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their attorneys and paralegals. The role involves preparing legal documents, maintaining client files, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to the Corporate and Real Estate team.
Responsibilities
Support multiple Corporate & Real Estate attorneys/paralegals
Revise/Finalize Corporate/Closing Documents etc
Prepare and/or assist with preparation of SEC filings
Prepare and/or assist with preparation of Corporate Minutes and Minute Books
Update Corporate Database
Prepare and maintain client bills and files through the entire billing process including communication with the client as applicable
Assist with the other matters as they relate to the Corporate/Real Estate Team
Support other staff with overflow work as needed
Qualification
Required
Support multiple Corporate & Real Estate attorneys/paralegals

Update Corporate Database

At least 2 years of legal office experience
Preferred
Experience working in corporate and real estate practices highly preferred
