Assist customers with parking inquiries and provide information on parking rates and policies
Monitor parking facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe environment
Process payments accurately for parking services and manage cash transactions responsibly
Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
Proficient in using computer systems and parking management software
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
