Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team focused on student developer engagement and community building
Design and execute strategic programs that increase AWS adoption among student developers globally
Partner with AWS Builder Center and Builder Loft teams to create integrated student experiences
Build and maintain relationships with key educational institutions and student organizations
Define success metrics and track program effectiveness
Drive operational excellence in program execution and team management
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
5+ years of team management experience
Preferred
Experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in third party vendor/research partner management contract negotiation
