The Quality Engineer will support the organization in developing and managing an effective quality management system that is compliant with various standards and will be responsible for maintaining quality documentation, conducting audits, and ensuring supplier compliance.

Responsibilities
Maintaining quality documentation in line with Company and customer requirements including specifications, third party documents, standard operating procedures, work instructions and the Quality Manual
Conduct internal audits as required by accreditations and customers
Record, monitor, and control non-conformances arising from internal and external audits to the point of robust CAPA implementation
Carry out assessments of customer satisfaction and use this information to inform and guide Company strategy
Work with teams throughout the organization to ensure the compliance of suppliers with the requirements of the Company's quality policies, specifications, and procedures
Support the site teams and become involved in regular customer communications
Conduct Contract Reviews and assist with CID incorporation between all departments
Perform a variety of other duties and tasks of equal or lesser complexity
Qualification
Required
A Degree in an Engineering discipline (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical) or equivalent years of work experience in a similar role, within a related industry and understanding of manufacturing processes
Experience in working with a quality management system
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
Strong Root Cause Analysis
Strong Knowledge of 8D CAPA
Understanding of engineering drawings
