Administrative Assistant
Superior Aluminum Alloys LLC. is seeking an administrative assistant. This position assists in all aspects of record keeping, planning and organization of the plant and office building.

Data entry and filing
Record keeping
New hire scheduling and onboarding
Inventory tracking
Manage office schedules and supplies
Assist with company gatherings and announcements
Organize and plan plant functions
Assist leadership with various administrative and clerical tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willing to work overtime if needed at any time
Legally authorized to work in the United States
