Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the NMR product line, setting clear objectives and initiatives to drive growth and profitability
Work in a matrixed organization with Engineers, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and across multiple businesses fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint, leveraging cutting-edge offerings to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
Oversee the full lifecycle of programs, from shaping requirements and capture to proposal, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals in both customer funded programs and internally funded IR&D programs
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business
Manage the financial performance of the NMR portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to achieve annual revenue growth targets
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to program success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role within the defense technology sector, with a track record of driving revenue growth and successfully executing large-scale programs
Working knowledge of the Federal procurement process (including IDIQs, OTAs, BAAs, and other acquisition instruments)
Demonstrated expertise in Department of War, specifically US Air Force, US Marine Corps, US Army, US Navy, US Space Force, US Special Operations, and international strategy
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
Proven ability to think strategically, identify market trends, and capitalize on new opportunities to drive business growth
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Active Secret clearance
Preferred
Former US Military experience preferred
Experience running a product portfolio of military use hardware
Experience managing financial performance of the product portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to achieve annual revenue growth targets
