HR Recruiter/Generalist
AirClean Systems is seeking an HR Recruiter/Generalist to assist the Human Resources Manager in recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions. The role involves conducting interviews, attending career fairs, and supporting various HR functions including onboarding and benefits administration.

Responsibilities
Help place ads, conduct phone screens, conduct face to face interviews, schedule interviews with managers and executives for exempt positions
Register and attend career fairs while creating and maintaining new and existing relationships for recruitment needs
Interact/ communicate with all AMT employees in a professional, friendly manner
Attend meetings with AMT Managers and Executives as needed
Assist with helping answer employees questions on AMT’s policies and procedures
Assist with benefits (Medical and 401k/Profit Sharing) including open enrollment and monthly enrollments
Assist with orientation and onboarding with new hires
Assist with helping in administrative responsibilities of HR including; time cards, payroll, mailings of required notices like ERISA, etc
Assist with FMLA, COBRA and ADA
Assist with employee investigations
Strategize with supervisor to constantly improve HR goals and existing procedures
Other duties as determined
Qualification
Preferred
2 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
