Responsibilities
Design ads for our current advertising campaigns
Work in Creative Automation to build creatives
Demonstrate skills in composition, design, animation, and video as they pertain to the digital media landscape
Collaborate with other Designers, Customer Success Manager, and other go-to-market team members
Support Lead Designers on all assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in digital design
Undergraduate degree in a design or design-related field (graphic design, fine art, motion graphics, or multimedia)
Strong communication, an ability to explain visual design ideas and concepts with simplicity
Depth of experience in design software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere, and Figma
A drive to produce a well-informed design with pixel-perfect attention to detail
A portfolio including digital design work (presentations, websites, mobile apps, advertising) and conceptual examples
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape
Experience working with creative teams, able to appropriately balance feedback and suggestions in an effective and impactful manner
