Strengthen lender relationships and support high-performing F&I
Make quick, confident business decisions that fuel growth
Elevate culture, tighten processes, and push the operation forward
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to run the desk in both new and used
Strong bank relationships + true finance background
Pricing, merchandising, and inventory expertise
Full command of dealership metrics, forecasting, and fast decision-making
Elite communication, leadership presence, and problem-solving
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus, not required
