Responsibilities
Review long-form transcripts between users and AI coding assistants
Analyze AI logic, execution steps, and stated actions in detail
Score transcripts using a 10-point rubric across multiple criteria
Identify mismatches between claims and actual behavior
Provide brief written justifications citing examples from dialogues
Complete transcript batches within defined turnaround windows
Qualification
Required
Senior or Staff-level engineering experience with strong code review exposure
OR QA engineering background with verification and consistency-checking expertise
OR technical writing/documentation experience comparing intent vs. implementation
Comfort reviewing Python-based workflows; other languages are a plus
Familiarity with Git workflows, testing frameworks, and debugging tools
Strong written communication and attention to detail
