Responsibilities
Prepare and submit vehicle registrations and title applications to the appropriate state agencies
Maintain accurate records of all registration transactions and documentation
Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding registration status and requirements
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to vehicle registration
Resolve any registration issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for all registration-related paperwork
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computers and common office software
Preferred
Previous experience in a registration clerk or similar administrative role preferred
