Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day community operations across Discord, forums, and social channels, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment for gamers
Design and execute community engagement programs such as AMAs, tournaments, watch parties, feature spotlights, and recurring community rituals
Develop platform-specific content tailored to gaming audiences, including Discord announcements, forum posts, short-form social content, and partner activations
Track community sentiment and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with social, marketing, product, and influencer teams to support launches, campaigns, and community-driven initiatives
Manage and coach community moderators, ensuring consistent guideline enforcement, smooth escalations, and a safe community experience
Optimize community platforms by improving Discord channel structures, roles, bots, permissions, and forum organization to enhance usability and engagement
Qualification
Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for gaming audiences
Familiarity with moderation workflows, Discord bots and integrations, and community management tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
