Brand & CTV Media Manager
Arena Club is pioneering the collectibles domain by introducing the first-ever digital card show. The Brand & CTV Media Manager will lead high-impact brand media investments, focusing on building emotional connections with collectors and driving buyer growth through strategic media planning and optimization.

Responsibilities
Lead buying and optimization for all brand and CTV media campaigns across channels such as YouTube, streaming platforms, programmatic DSPs, and other digital placements
Partner with agency teams to develop channel strategies, media mix models, and tactical recommendations aligned with business goals and audience insights
Deliver clear, data-driven reporting with insights and recommendations on brand performance and incrementality
Partner with analytics and data teams on lift studies, cohort analysis, and upper-funnel attribution, accounting for downstream impact on performance channels
Support major product launches, seasonal campaigns, and tentpole moments through integrated paid media strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital, TV/Streaming, and emerging channels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into action
Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-focused ad creative development
Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy building things from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and pushing new ideas into market
Preferred
Passion for sports, collectibles, or digital marketplaces is a strong plus
