Master traffic management and ensure every opportunity is maximized
Communicate clearly, decisively, and professionally
Lead and develop a team capable of outpacing the competition
Drive performance, close deals, and keep the floor locked in
Ensure strong customer experiences while maintaining dealership profitability
Create urgency, build momentum, and keep the team operating at peak output
Cultivate a culture of accountability, intensity, and success
