Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hiring for complex, high-impact roles across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions
Partner with Sr. recruiters, hiring managers and People Business Partners to define needs, build strategies, and close exceptional candidates
Proactively source and engage top-tier, often passive talent through a wide range of modern recruiting tools and creative outreach
Deliver crisp, clear, and timely communication to both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Boom’s values, ambition, and pace - Even the people we choose not to hire should have a great experience with Boom
Qualification
Required
Full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-moving, high-bar environments
Demonstrated ability to deliver on challenging technical hires in engineering environments
Skilled at building strong partnerships with hiring managers and consistently securing top-tier talent
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid growth, and shifting priorities
Exceptional communicator—clear, empathetic, and direct
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Obsessed with the details and passionate about crafting an extraordinary candidate experience
To conform to U.S. Government aerospace technology export regulations (ITAR and EAR), applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Preferred
Experience recruiting in aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other emerging 'hardtech' technology sectors
Creative sourcing approaches that cut through the noise and get attention
Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and senior leaders on high-stakes hiring
Built pipelines from scratch and delivered results in competitive, talent-scarce markets
