Responsibilities

Accountable for Operations team cost, schedule, and quality performance
Lead coordination and execution of program schedules in collaboration with Global Supply Chain Management, the LTAMDS Integrated Product Team, the Andover Factory, and other cross-functional partners
Interface with factory leadership, IPTs, and program management to communicate operational status, risks, opportunities, and required support
Prepare and present materials for IPT, production, and program reviews, including program status and ongoing production issues
Foster collaborative, responsive relationships across the product line and with functional support organizations
Support strategic manufacturing planning to improve future production performance and enable product development efforts
Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives for both recurring production and new business opportunities
Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and apply CORE / R6Sigma best practices

Required

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience working with PRISM or similar Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Prior leadership experience in fast-paced technical or manufacturing environments involving multiple organizations, with a strong track record of building and leading cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills including negotiation, collaboration, creativity, facilitation, and clear written and verbal presentation; responsive and effective team player
Knowledge of test equipment, manufacturing processes, and Technical Data & Test Requirement flow-downs
Experience with manufacturing tool sets such as Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
Experience in capital planning and development, including Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments
