Responsibilities
Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Manage tax planning, preparation, and filings (federal, state, and local)
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
Coordinate and lead external audits and work closely with auditors and tax advisors
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
Supervise and mentor accounting/finance team members
Partner with leadership on financial strategy, cost optimization, and growth planning
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license (required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting
Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
