The role focuses on customer satisfaction and involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems while ensuring efficiency and adherence to dealership standards.

Responsibilities
Focus on Customer Satisfaction
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
Stay up to date on all available Factory Training
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
"Fix it right the first time"
Communicate directly with the Service Manager, in reference to recommended repairs

Maintain Skill Levels
Must have a strong sense of urgency
Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered
Qualification
Required
Strong teamwork skills
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
Have your own tools
