Recruitment Marketing Manager
Microsoft is seeking an experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join their expanding Talent Sourcing team. This role involves developing and delivering a Recruitment Marketing Strategy to enhance candidate attraction for various teams across North America. The individual will craft narratives, create content, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract talent effectively.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver enablement resources (e.g., playbooks, toolkits, training), host workshops and office hours, and provide strategic counsel to Talent Acquisition and business leaders on the value of recruitment marketing
Lead the development of regional organic social media strategies aligned with business priorities, leveraging global standards and data-driven insights
Translate campaign data into compelling narratives that demonstrate impact, uncover insights, and inspire future investment
Build and nurture relationships with talent communities through the customer relationship management system implementing strategies to foster engagement and convert interest into active applicants
Proactively identify new business opportunities, collaborate with Talent Acquisition peers to scope and pitch campaigns, influence budget planning, and manage agency/vendor relationships from briefing through procurement and delivery
Develops and implements a CRM engagement strategy that nurtures targeted talent communities, delivers tailored content to build sustained interest in Microsoft opportunities, and converts passive prospects into active applicants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
OR equivalent experience
10+ years experience in talent acquisition marketing for a large technology company
6+ years of experience in talent acquisition marketing for a large technology company
