Responsibilities
Promote and sell incentive program participation to OEM dealership groups
Visit dealerships regularly to build relationships, conduct training, and deploy marketing tools
Ensure consistent dealer activation and engagement through follow-ups, digital onboarding, and problem resolution
Track and report on performance metrics: dealer activations, time-to-first-spec, and conversion rates
Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams to optimize marketing materials and engagement strategies
Gather competitive intelligence and provide feedback for continuous program improvement
Maintain high compliance standards regarding incentive communication and reporting
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in automotive sales, dealer services, or incentive program management
Understanding of dealership sales processes, OEM incentive structures, and loyalty platforms
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales results and manage multiple accounts
Exceptional communication, training, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual presentation tools
Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time within the assigned region
Qualifications bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred)
Preferred
Experience with B2B automotive program platforms (e.g., loyalty portals, dealer reward systems)
Previous work with automotive OEMs, dealer groups, or performance improvement firms
Understanding sales incentives, loyalty marketing, and performance-based rewards in the automotive sector
