They are seeking a Corporate HR Manager to design and lead the complete HR strategy while overseeing compliance and ethical conduct within the organization.

Responsibilities
Design and execute the Strategic Human Resources Plan for TOI TOI USA
Align HR initiatives with global group strategy and US market needs
Identify future talent requirements and succession plans
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Develop training, performance evaluation, and career development programs
Strengthen employer branding and internal communication
Promote a positive, high-performance work environment
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers
Reinforce company culture across the organization
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee documentation
Manage the Compliance Channel and ethical reporting processes
Build and lead the HR team in the US
Define HR KPIs and reporting systems
Partner with executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of HR experience, including leadership roles
Experience managing compliance or ethics channels
Strong empathy, integrity, and communication skills
Fluent English required; Spanish highly valued
