SMB Account Executive

As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business with small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through the sales cycle and helping them understand the value of digital networking.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales process, from inbound qualification through to close
Navigate SMB buying cycles, identifying decision-makers, urgency, and next steps
Run 5-10 new demos per day, while actively progressing deals across your existing pipeline
Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong structure, prioritization, and momentum
Lead discovery, demos, and closing conversations with a consultative, customer-first approach
Clearly articulate Blinq’s value proposition and customer journey to SMB prospects
Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
Share customer insights and feedback to help shape product and go-to-market decisions
Act as a Blinq ambassador, representing our mission, values, and brand in every interaction

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth startup
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to navigate fast-moving sales cycles
Clear, confident communicator with a natural ability to uncover customer needs and tell compelling stories
A disciplined, detail-oriented approach to pipeline management, with comfort multithreading when required
Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders and helping SMB buyers reach aligned, timely decisions
Highly organized with strong qualification instincts and disciplined pipeline management
Adaptable, growth-minded self-starter who takes ownership of their development and seeks feedback
Collaborative teammate who values trust, feedback, and building something great together
