Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with a database of 1,000+ leads who have not yet completed their purchases
Close sales over the phone by addressing customer concerns, explaining services, and creating trust
Facilitate the completion of deals, including:
E-signing estimates with clients
Coordinating financing arrangements
Uploading job details and ensuring accurate data entry
Booking installations and scheduling services
Maximize opportunities as new leads become available every 6–8 weeks
Qualification
Required
Previous sales experience, preferably in inside sales or phone-based roles
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to exceed targets
Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and detailed data entry
Preferred
Familiarity with e-signing tools, financing processes, and Service Titan software
