Responsibilities
Market Development & Localization: Drive marketing initiatives for the North American market, including planning and executing trade shows, seminars, industry summits, and providing localized content support
Customer Advocacy: Proactively identify, develop, and coordinate the production of customer success stories and case studies across North and South America
Regional Event Support: Support key marketing activities in the Latin American region, such as major exhibitions and channel partner conferences
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local industry experts, key opinion leaders, and relevant trade associations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including hands-on involvement in planning and executing U.S.-based exhibitions and large-scale marketing campaigns
Excellent event planning, organizational, and project management skills
Strong communicator with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
A team player with a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and a quick learning agility
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Full professional proficiency in English is required
Willing and able to undertake domestic and international travel as required by business needs
Preferred
Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant advantage
