Responsibilities
Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases to include requirements gathering, design, build, testing, etc
Lead the configuration of the Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing
1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Oracle HCM Payroll certified
