Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow transformations, partnering with industry leaders to deliver next-generation solutions that redefine IT service delivery
Involved in strategy, design, implementation, and optimization, working with a full range of ServiceNow capabilities to help shape the future of technology services
Work with the latest technologies and methodologies, developing solutions that keep clients ahead in an evolving marketplace
Collaborate with technology leaders to build IT models suited for new technologies and evolving service expectations
Guide clients in developing next-generation technology teams using Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience
2+ years of experience in large technology engagements
1+ full life cycle implementations in ServiceNow
Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
Experience with XML and SQL
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
Module experience: CSM, Creator Workflow, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Source2Pay (S2P)
Experience with gathering, document, and validate business requirements for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Now Assist)
Experience with grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and UAT coordination
