4 Corner Resources is a growing real estate organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume, nationwide hiring. This fully remote, 3-month contract-to-hire role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for real estate agents and engaging candidates primarily through outbound calling.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for real estate agent roles across national markets
Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting activity (approximately 50–70 calls per day)
Source, screen, and engage candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, and job boards
Qualify candidates efficiently and move them through the interview process
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring priorities
Track recruiting activity, pipeline movement, and hiring metrics within the ATS
Provide a positive, professional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and hiring goals
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency; agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience in high-volume, call-driven recruiting environments
Comfortable making 50–70 outbound calls daily
Strong phone presence, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Organized, metrics-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions
Preferred
Experience recruiting sales, real estate, or commission-based roles is a plus
Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
