Responsibilities
Performs weekly payroll processing for a multi-state organization
Enters accurate and timely information into the payroll system for all employee-related payroll activities
Responds to all payroll-related inquiries by employees as needed
Performs tasks associated with terminations at the company
Responsible for safeguarding all confidential information and ensuring that it is used appropriately
Performs various administrative functions, including telephone coverage and ordering office supplies
Enters payroll transactions for multiple payroll schedules

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Must be able to handle personnel sensitive information in a confidential manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
Preferred
Prior payroll/HR experience is preferred as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
