Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose misbehaving applications, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver clear post-mortem writeups
Operational Processes: Maintain accurate JIRA tickets, documentation, and runbooks to support operational excellence
Systems Management: Support Linux environments used across trading and development teams
Networking & Infrastructure: Work with TCP/IP networking, DNS, firewalls, NFS, and tunnels to ensure system connectivity and stability
Environment Management: Support Docker-based environments and job schedulers such as cron
