Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for key areas of Google Cloud's use cases using SAP. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP technologies, GCP infrastructure, and their interplay

Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and reliable solutions for GCP's use cases and provide expert guidance and support to teams within Cloud and cross-Product Area teams on SAP, best practices, and troubleshooting

Contribute to code development, code reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality engineering output

Collaborate effectively with Product Management, other engineering teams, support to deliver customer success, and influence stakeholders across different teams and organizations to align on technical direction and best practices

Drive improvements in system design, code health, testing, and operational efficiency and a culture of continuous improvement

Qualification

SAP ABAPOrder-to-Cash (O2C)Technical strategyCross-functional collaborationCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience

12 years of experience working with SAP ABAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Experience in either Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes such as ordering, subscription management, invoicing, or business recognition

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience working in an environment collaborating with multi-site engineering teams

Experience driving technical strategy and roadmap execution in a complex and evolving business domain

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
