Build production-grade software systems that deploy and operationalise ML models
Work closely with Data Scientists who design and train the models
Own the application layer: APIs, services, workflows, and end-user experience
Engineer secure, scalable systems for classified environments
Focus on how ML works in practice, not just notebooks
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering background with ML systems experience
Deep understanding of ML fundamentals (not just using libraries)
Experience taking ML into production
Comfortable working beyond out-of-the-box tooling
3+ years experience preferred (open from junior to senior)
Must hold active U.S. security clearance
Preferred
Top CS program background
Defence AI experience (e.g. Anduril-style environments)
Big Tech internships or early-career experience
