Responsibilities
Leading the work associated with the implementation and support of a specific SAP module or modules, including Design, Configuration and Build, Testing, and Cutover to Production
Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
Finding deep satisfaction by being responsible for final work product
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project team members to facilitate effective collaboration and successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll processing activities
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading junior and senior staff across multiple geographies including U.S., Mexico and India providing payroll support
Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering and managing BPaaS and AMS operate support services for SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll
Minimum of 8 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll configuration and application landscape
Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
