Customer Service Supervisor- DIRECT HIRE
RemX is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of Customer Service Representatives and manage key customer accounts for a growing logistics company. This role involves serving as the main liaison between customers and various teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Lead and support CSRs while managing assigned customer accounts
Serve as the main liaison between customers, warehouse staff, dispatch, and leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with urgency and professionalism
Provide backup coverage for other accounts as needed to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records, follow processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with teammates and assist in cross-training as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in logistics, 3PL, or customer service
Familiarity with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, proactive mindset with a 'can-do' attitude
