Project Management Associate : Sri Lanka (Remote)
EKWA MARKETING is seeking a full-time Project Management Associate to support execution across research and delivery initiatives. The role involves managing project timelines, conducting feasibility assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and tracking of project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own assigned project initiatives from intake through execution, tracking, and close-out, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
Conduct structured research and feasibility assessments to support project, operational, or process-improvement initiatives, using defined criteria and frameworks
Translate ambiguous inputs into clear requirements, task breakdowns, timelines, and execution plans that enable teams to move forward efficiently
Coordinate pilots, tests, or phased rollouts; track outcomes against defined metrics; and summarize learnings and recommendations
Support launch and post-launch activities where relevant, including documentation updates, process refinement, and handover
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and timely resolution of risks or dependencies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking in work-management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
Produce clear, structured documentation including research briefs, feasibility notes, SOPs, templates, and decision logs to support consistency and reuse
Identify execution gaps or inefficiencies and contribute practical suggestions to improve project workflows and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in project execution, operations, product operations, or research-driven roles, ideally within service-based, tech-enabled, or fast-moving environments
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or initiatives and drive them from definition through completion, with minimal supervision
Proven execution and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track details, and follow work through to completion
Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing structured documents such as briefs, reports, SOPs, or summaries
Familiarity with project management or work-tracking tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar) and maintaining accurate status updates
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while staying accountable
Preferred
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field is a plus
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, AI/ML products, B2B SaaS, or innovation/R&D programs
