Material Program Manager (MPM), NSMS Production

Responsibilities

Drive processes to successful completion in support of a schedule of deliveries
Propose innovative business solutions to complex problems or areas of improvement
Adapt between strategic and tactical tasks
Work in a cross-functional team-oriented environment
Manage multiple, conflicting priorities
Process information from multiple sources to plan for, and achieve, a successful outcome

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
Experience in supply chain, operations, program planning, or another similar/related field
Active and transferable Secret Clearance U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance level or program access prior to start date

Preferred

EVMS certification and/or prior CAM responsibilities
MPM Level 4 and/or PM level 7 certification
Master's degree in business and/or project management
Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
Experience with FAR/DFAR requirements, specifically as they relate to procurement and sub-contract management
