Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end product setup in Shopify, including variants, bundles, subscription options, and metafields
Own the setup, accuracy, and optimization of product pages, product collections, navigation, and general on-site merchandising
Monitor sellout risks and inventory positions to proactively plan for in and out-of-stock scenarios
Liaise with growth marketing and retail teams to ensure accurate data mapping and inventory syncing in Google Shopping and TikTok Shop product feeds
Generate weekly and monthly reporting to assist with website behavior analysis, roadmap planning, and cross-team decision making
Oversee order flow from checkout to fulfillment ensuring timely and accurate process
Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, returns, cancellations, and system discrepancies
Coordinate with Supply Chain & Fulfillment teams to resolve fulfillment questions, inventory variances, or shipping exceptions
Assist with order audits, returns processes, and customer-impacting escalations
Create automations & workflows to support 3PL fulfillment efficiencies
Support sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment on upcoming releases
Manage the ecommerce development backlog, including drafting Jira tickets with clear details, screenshots, and reproduction steps
Participate in UAT testing for site updates and new features
Conduct ongoing QA of all website features and log feedback and bugs
Communicate with external development partners as needed for clarifications or follow-up
Maintain internal documentation for content updates and publishing processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, merchandising, or site management
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
Familiarity with agile workflows, sprint cycles, and tools like Jira
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in web tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
Must be able to maintain a presence at our Los Angeles office two days a week
