Customer Service Representative Logistics Bonded Experience Preferred
RemX is partnered with a well-established logistics company supporting warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations in the Southeast. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key point of communication between customers, warehouse teams, and dispatch, including support of bonded freight operations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, bonded shipments, and service inquiries
Communicate proactively with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate as needed
Follow established order processing, documentation, and compliance procedures
Maintain accurate records, including bonded-related documentation
Support cross-training across accounts and provide backup for teammates
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in logistics, 3PL, warehouse, or bonded operations
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience working with bonded freight, bonded warehouses, or customs-regulated cargo preferred
Familiarity with WMS systems
