Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Sales/BD, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Capital Markets, Engineering, Data, and Design teams
Help develop and prioritize product features based on user feedback, competitive benchmarking, data analysis, and business goals
Drive innovation by designing intelligent, AI-driven automations that reduce manual workflows, improve decision quality, and enhance contractor experience
Maintain clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics to scale the B2B business
Support other Core Platform initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years as Senior Product Manager
Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to set direction and make trade-offs with incomplete information
Preferred
Experience working with financial products or Fintech POS lending systems
Experience in the Home Improvement or Residential Solar industry
Experience delivering automation or AI-powered features (OCR, ML decision systems, LLM-based products, etc.)
Experience leveraging AI to increase your own execution velocity and delivery quality
