Responsibilities
Manage BMS projects from design through commissioning and handover
Coordinate engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Review technical documentation, control strategies, and progress reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing BMS or HVAC controls projects
Strong understanding of BMS platforms (Niagara/Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Trend)
Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience working on commercial projects
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
