They are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for the general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the expansive property, including all grounds, buildings, and associated facilities.

Responsibilities
Execute a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
Address leaks, unclog drains, and repair/replace fixtures
Perform basic repairs, replace switches, outlets, ballasts, and light fixtures
Complete routine maintenance (e.g., filter changes), basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs
Perform minor structural repairs, install/repair trim, doors, windows, drywall, painting, and general property upkeep (e.g., pressure washing, event setup)
Efficiently manage, prioritize, and document all maintenance requests using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Participate in scheduled PM tasks and execute facility turnover/makeready work
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a multi-trade environment
Mandatory experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar expansive property
Proven proficiency in the four core trades: Plumbing, Basic Electrical, Basic HVAC, and Carpentry
Experience utilizing a computerized maintenance ticketing/work order system
Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently on a large property
Must submit to a background check
Valid driver's license required
